Brickfields is a developing neighborhood within Kuala Lumpur. It is for this reason that we ask travelers to exercise caution, as indeed one should do in any large city. Take care of your personal belongings, especially wallets and mobile phones.
Brickfields is also home to a large percentage of blind people, due to several societies caring for the welfare of the blind located in the vicinity. We ask that you respectively assist them where needed.
